Our Print & Decoration Methods
Every brand deserves merchandise that looks the part. We offer a full range of decoration techniques — here’s how to choose the right one for your project.
Screen Printing
Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen directly onto the surface. The go-to technique for bold, vibrant logos on apparel — delivering rich colour with a smooth, professional finish.
Embroidery
Your logo is stitched directly into the fabric using thread. A timeless decoration method that signals quality and longevity — particularly effective on structured garments.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
Inkjet printing technology applied directly onto fabric. Ideal for photographic imagery, complex artwork, or full-colour designs without plate or screen setup.
Laser Engraving
A precision laser etches the design permanently into the surface by removing material. Delivers a refined, executive-grade mark on hard goods — no ink, no fading.
Pad Printing
Ink is transferred via a flexible silicone pad, allowing decoration on curved, irregular, or recessed surfaces that other methods can’t reach.
Debossing & Embossing
A custom die presses into the material to create a recessed (deboss) or raised (emboss) impression. No ink — the mark comes from the material itself, creating an understated, tactile elegance.
Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)
Precision-cut vinyl is heat-pressed onto fabric, bonding permanently to the surface. Great for bold, clean designs, names, and numbers with a smooth, professional result.
Sublimation Printing
Heat converts dye into gas which permanently bonds with the material at a molecular level. Produces edge-to-edge, photographic-quality colour that won’t crack, peel, or fade.
PVC Decoration
Custom soft PVC or silicone rubber patches are moulded with raised 3D detail, then sewn or applied to the product. Highly durable, waterproof, and flexible — delivering a premium tactile finish that holds colour across thousands of washes.
Custom Metal Die Casting
Molten metal is injected into a custom-machined mould under high pressure to create three-dimensional branded metal objects. The premium choice for lapel pins, medallions, keyrings, and custom badges.
