Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best possible result on your branded products, please follow the guidelines below when supplying artwork. If you need help preparing your files, our design team is happy to assist.

Preferred File Formats

  • Vector files (preferred): AI, EPS, PDF (with fonts outlined)
  • High-resolution raster files: PNG or TIFF at 300dpi minimum at print size
  • Avoid: Word documents, PowerPoint files, low-resolution JPEGs, or screenshots

Colour Modes

  • Screen printing / embroidery: Supply Pantone (PMS) colour codes where possible for colour accuracy
  • Full colour / digital print: CMYK colour mode preferred; RGB files will be converted
  • Note: Colours may vary slightly between print methods and substrates. We will provide a digital proof before production

Minimum Resolution

Raster images (JPG, PNG) must be at least 300 DPI at print size. Artwork that is low resolution cannot be enlarged without quality loss and may require redrawing by our design team (design fees may apply).

Safe Zones & Bleed

Keep all critical elements (text, logos) at least 3mm inside the print boundary. Some products require bleed — we’ll advise you of the exact specifications for your chosen item.

Fonts

All fonts must be outlined / converted to curves before supplying. This ensures your text prints correctly regardless of which fonts are installed on our systems.
