Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Minimum quantities vary by product — contact us for a same-day quote tailored to your order size.

Question 2

What decoration methods are available?

Accepted Answer

Decoration options vary by product and material. We recommend speaking with our team before deciding — different methods suit different surfaces, budgets, and brand outcomes. Our staff will assess your artwork and recommend the best method to ensure your branding looks exactly right.

Question 3

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Accepted Answer

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for best results. Our team can advise on artwork requirements and help prepare your files if needed.

Question 5

How long does production take?

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver to all states and territories. Free delivery options are available on qualifying orders.
