To Heat: Put the pack in the microwave for 10 seconds and it’ll be warm for half an hour. Before each use, carefully check the gel pack for cracks or signs of leakage; if leakage is detected, cool the gel pack and dispose of it properly. If the gel pack appears to balloon and swell, it is overheated and must be allowed to cool completely before handling. If the pack exceeds a comfortable temperature, allow it to cool before use. If the desired temperature is not reached, reheat the pack in a microwave oven for 10 seconds and repeat the process up to two times until a safe and suitable temperature is reached. Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time. If discolouration, discomfort or redness occurs, discontinue use immediately. If the gel contents come into contact with the skin, clean the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used.
