Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

Minimum quantities vary by product — contact us for a same-day quote tailored to your order size.

Question 2

What decoration methods are available?

Accepted Answer

Decoration options vary by product and material. We recommend speaking with our team before deciding — different methods suit different surfaces, budgets, and brand outcomes. Our staff will assess your artwork and recommend the best method to ensure your branding looks exactly right.

Question 3

Can I get a sample before placing a full order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — both unbranded and branded pre-production samples are available on request. Unbranded samples let you assess the product quality before committing to a full order. Ask our team when submitting your enquiry.

Question 4

What artwork files do you need?

Accepted Answer

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for best results. Our team can advise on artwork requirements and help prepare your files if needed.

Question 5

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Express options are available for urgent orders. For larger volumes or international sourcing, sea freight options are also available at a reduced cost — ask our team for details when enquiring.

Question 6

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver to all states and territories. Free delivery options are available on qualifying orders.
